Appreciated Alajuela, the hotel was quiet very close to the airport. We had spotless and gorgeous rooms with a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. The food was great - good choice of options. The kitchen access was convenient for late-night snacks.
The lack of privacy due to thin curtains was disappointing. The room was quite small and did not meet my expectations for comfort.

The 'double room' was infested with mosquitos, and honestly, cockroaches should not be my midnight companions. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience! The location is terrible, dark and unsafe-real charming. It's a miracle I didn't get lost. I almost considered giving a good review but just couldn't, too many issues here!

The warm hospitality from the owners created a cute atmosphere. Enjoyed a hearty breakfast, with fresh ingredients enhancing the experience. The absence of air conditioning made some moments uncomfortable, and the location was tricky to navigate initially. It would be ideal to have clearer directions in place .

The hosts were cute and were pretty good, including driving us to a nearby ATM when we needed cash. The breakfast was a good typical Costa Rican meal that set the tone for our day. Plus, the location was perfect for quick access to the airport.
The lack of air conditioning made the room a bit warm at times.

Patricia and Alex genuinely. Their friendly conversations helped lighten my travel burden. I appreciated the cleanliness of the spacious room and the powerful fan provided for comfort. Having access to the kitchen was a great perk since I could prepare a snack before heading to the airport.
The only downside was the limited breakfast options available.
